Step 1 – Download our App
Go to the app store on your mobile phone and download the Service Fusion app. Then look for an email with your user name and password. (If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your junk mail)
IMPORTANT: Do not try to log into your desktop, your logins will only work on the mobile app.

Step 2 – Receive Work Orders
Watch this short video on using our app to receive and complete work orders.
IMPORTANT: Remember! Your App is Your Paycheck, so Watch all the way to the end.

Step 3 – Prepare for the Job
Review your work orders and make sure you have all the required supplies to complete the job.
IMPORTANT: The property will provide all replacement parts, but you will be responsible for any materials required to complete the job. (Caulk, Putty, Glue, Drop Cloths, Tape, Sheetrock Patches, Tools, etc…)
Complete Work & Get Paid
After you’ve completed the job, you’ll receive an invite from our payroll processor Gusto. Just fill out the information requested, and we’ll process your payment on your scheduled pay date. To ensure timely payment, make sure to fill out the payment information as soon as you receive it.
