Devin Wilbourn is a dynamic and versatile leader, who serves as the driving force and Chief Executive behind TurnKey Make-Ready.
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Devin’s journey in business began when he left traditional education where he was studying psychology, to pursue entrepreneurship. During his early years, he bounced between startups and corporate positions, co-founding a company that reached half a million in revenue within its inaugural year and completing his Practitioner Certification in NLP along the way. He also crafted sales strategies for Vivint’s inside sales, revamped the corporate culture for the nation’s largest home security dealer, and held pivotal roles as VP of Strategy and CMO for enterprise-level organizations.
After publishing 2 books, and leading a turnaround for a small roofing company in 2020, Devin Co-Founded TurnKey in 2022. Under his visionary leadership, TurnKey has become the only Nationwide on-demand make-ready service for the Multi-Family Industry, has served customers in over 23 states, and continues to grow at an unprecedented rate.
Devin’s leadership philosophy echoes the values that guide his life: “Do the right thing. Treat people well. Build things that matter.”
Beyond the professional realm, Devin relishes moments with his wife and kids, indulging in mountain biking, travel, and writing. He also serves his local community by leading a small group at his church.
Looking forward, Devin harbors ambitious goals for both himself and TurnKey. His personal aspirations include completing his ongoing literary projects, international travel, and increased public speaking engagements. For TurnKey, the vision extends to scaling into an enterprise-level organization and servicing properties worldwide. All of which he would sum up by saying “if you see me running, try to keep up; we’re going somewhere awesome!”

Chad Baldwin is a strategic and energetic leader, serving as the Chief Operations Officer at TurnKey Make-Ready. Originally from Virginia, Chad has proudly established Texas as his home, where he has shaped a successful career in business operations.
Beginning his career as an Operations Manager in Sporting Goods, Chad quickly developed a keen understanding of the operational facets of business. His path led him through key positions such as an Event Merchandising Manager, Production Manager, and Director of Operations. He honed his skills in sales operations, team leadership, strategic planning, supply chain, and logistics, ultimately reaching the role of Vice President of Operations with a multi-family roofing contractor.
In 2022, alongside Devin Wilbourn, Chad co-founded TurnKey. Bringing his extensive operational knowledge to the forefront, he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategy and execution. Under his operational leadership, TurnKey has emerged as a trailblazer in the Multifamily Industry, offering unrivaled on-demand make-ready services and expanding its footprint across the nation.
Chad’s leadership style focuses on inspiring and empowering his team to foster autonomy and independent decision-making. Grounded in beliefs of empowerment and personal development, Chad’s management style reflects his commitment to nurturing talent and driving innovation.
Outside the office, Chad is deeply devoted to his family, cherishing time with his wife and three children. He is a sports enthusiast, enjoying baseball and football, and loves to travel.
